Adding a Profile Photo

Step 1: Log-in to your mymedicalimages account at https://app.mymedicalimages.com/.

Step 2: Click on the grey person icon in the upper left-hand side of the screen.

Step 3: Select an image on your computer that you would like to use as your profile picture., then click the open button.

After this, your profile picture will now show up as the image that you have selected.

If you have a subscription with mymedicalimages, you will be able to upload your own DICOM images, share your images with physicians, family and friends, Request images from your physician or view any reports or notes associated with your images.

Supported Image Format

mymedicalimages is built from the ground up to work with DICOM files. Any other files, such as .jpeg or PDF files, can be attached to uploaded DICOM files.

While using mymedicalimages, we recommend you use either Chrome or Safari in order to have full access to all of the features we provide. Any other browsers may not function properly with all of our applications.

Changing Your Display Name

Your display name is the name that will be used as the overall identifier of your account on our website. It can be seen in the top left-hand corner of the dashboard, and will appear in any emails sent out using our website.

Step 1: Log-in to your mymedicalimages account at https://app.mymedicalimages.com/

Step 2: Open the Main Menu in the top left-hand corner of the screen.

Step 3: Expand the “Account and Settings” dropdown menu, then select the “Account Info” option.

Step 4: Click on the bracketed “Edit Display Name” button.

Step 5: Enter your new information and click “Save”.

After you have done this, your Display Name will be changed to the one you entered into the text field.

Account Creation

Account Creation

Step 1: Navigate to https://www.mymedicalimages.com/.

Step 2: Click on the green “Getting Started” button.

Step 3: Select the “Personal/Family” option for your account.

Step 4: If you have a referral or gift code, enter it into the text field in the bottom left and click the blue “Apply” button to apply it. (If you do not have a referral or gift code, skip to Step 5.)

Step 5: Click on the green “Continue” button to proceed.

Step 6: Fill out your account information with your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Password and Display Name.

1. For your Phone Number, select your country where you reside and include the area code for the number in question.

2. Your Password must be 8 characters long and include at least 1 Uppercase letter, 1 Lowercase letter, 1 Number, and 1 symbol (!#%&$@).

Once the information is entered, click the check box for “I accept the mymedicalimages Terms of Service” and click on the blue “Next” button.

Step 7: Fill out your credit card and Billing Address information, then click on the blue “Next” button.

If your payment was successful, you will be given a quick thank you from our team for subscribing to our product before being sent to your dashboard.

There will also be a short message at the top of your dashboard confirming that the payment was successful.

Your account has been successfully created, and you can begin to utilize all the benefits of mymedicalimages, such as uploading images to your account and sharing them to friends or family members.
