Changing Your Billing Address

Step 1: Log-in to your mymedicalimages account at https://app.mymedicalimages.com/

Step 2: Click on the Main Menu icon in the top left-hand corner of the page.


Step 3: Select the “Account and Settings” dropdown menu, then click on the “Account Info” option.



Step 4: On the “my Subscription” page, click on the blue “Update billing address” button.


Step 5: Fill in the text fields with the information you would like to change.

Please note that you are required to enter in a Phone Number and Company in order to save any changes made to your billing information.

Once you have finished making changes, click on the blue “Update Billing Address” button.


Your billing address will now reflect the changes you made. You can update your billing address at anytime by following the steps given above.

Changing Your Email Address

Step 1: Log-in to your mymedicalimages account at https://app.mymedicalimages.com/.

Step 2: Click on the Main Menu icon in the top left-hand corner of the page.



Step 3: Select the “Account and Settings” dropdown menu, then click on the “Account Info” option.



Step 4: Click on the blue “Update email address” button located at the bottom of the page.



Step 5: Enter in the new email that you would like to use, then click on the Save button.


Step 6: You Will be redirected to the Validate Email Address page, where you will be asked to enter in a One Time Passcode that has been sent to the email address you entered in the previous step. Enter this passcode into the text field given on the page and click the blue “Validate OTP” button.

Here is an example of what that email may look like: (Insert Image)

If the code was accepted, you will receive a confirmation message appear below the OTP text box that reads: “Email successfully validated”. This message will display for a short while, after which you will be put back on the dashboard.

Changing Your Password

Step 5: Enter in your old password to authorize the change, then enter your desired new password.

Your new password will need to contain at least 8 characters, with 1 Uppercase letter, 1 Lowercase letter, a number, and 1 symbol.

Once you have entered your desired password, click on the “Change Password” button.

Changing Your Phone Number

Step 1: Log-in to your mymedicalimages account at https://app.mymedicalimages.com/.

Step 2: Click on the Main Menu icon in the top left-hand corner of the page.



Step 3: Select the “Account and Settings” dropdown menu, then click on the “Account Info” option.



Step 4:
Click on the blue “Update Phone Number” button located at the bottom of the page.


Step 5: Select your country’s extension, then enter in the new phone number you would like to use. Make sure to include the area code in the number you enter.
Once you have entered in the new number, click on the blue “Save” button.



Step 6: After clicking the “Save” button, you will be taken to the “Validate Mobile Number” page. In the text box provided, please enter the code the One Time Passcode that was sent to your phone and click on the “Validate OTP” button. in order to verify it.
If you did not receive a code, click on the “Resend OTP” button in order to be sent a fresh code.


Here is an example of what the text message may look like: (Insert Image)

DICOM Receive Settings

Step 1: Log-in to your mymedicalimages account at https://app.mymedicalimages.com/.

Step 2: Click on the Main Menu icon in the top left-hand corner of the page.

Step 3: Select the “Account and Settings” dropdown menu, then click on the “Receive Settings” option.

Step 4: You will be taken to the Receive Settings page. This page will show you the information for server host, server port, as well as your default AE title.



Your AE Title will default to the Phone Number associated with the account. If you would like to use a different AE Title to use for DICOM Sending, you can enter in an alternative title in the field labeled “Alternative AE Title” and click on the “Save Changes” button.

Subscribing To mymedicalimages

Step 1: Log-in to your mymedicalimages account at https://app.mymedicalimages.com/.

Step 2: Click on the Main Menu icon in the top left-hand corner of the page.

Step 3: Select the “Account and Settings” dropdown menu, then click on the “Subscription” option.

Step 4: On the “my Subscription” page, click on the blue “Here” button.


Step 5: If you have a referral code from your doctor, enter it into the text box on the left, then click the blue “Apply” button. (If you do not have a referral code, skip to step 5.)


Step 6: Click the green “Continue” button.

Step 7: Fill in your Credit Card Details and Billing Address in the text fields given.

When you are finished filling in your information, click on the blue “Next” button.

If your card was accepted, you will be given a quick thank you from our team for subscribing to our product before being put back onto the dashboard.

There will also be a short message at the top of the dashboard confirming that the payment was successful.

You now have access to all of the subscriber benefits that mymedicalimages has to offer, such as uploading images into your personal account or sharing your images to families, friends and physicians through email.
