]]>A user may send you an image request that will allow you to upload images directly to their account using a link sent via email.
Step 1: Open the email that was sent to you through mymedicalimages.com. The email will look similar to the example given below.
Step 2: If you do not have an account, fill in your information in the text fields given, along with a brief description of the images you are uploading. Then click on the “I accept the mymedicalimages Terms of Service” checkbox, and click on the blue “Upload” button. Then proceed to Step 3.
If you already have an account with mymedicalimages, click on the blue “Click HERE” button.
Enter in your account information, along with a brief description of the images you are uploading, then click on the blue “Upload” button.
Step 3: Select the file source.
You will have the option to pick between a CD, a .zip file, or “other”. If the images you are attempting to upload are not on a CD or contained in a .zip file, you will need to select the “other” option.
The following steps you need to take will change depending on what source type you choose.
For CD:
1. Insert the disk and click on the next button.
2. Click on the “Click Here” button to open the file explorer window.
3. Select your computer’s CD Drive then click “Upload” in the bottom corner of the pop-up window.
4. Proceed to Step 4.
For .zip:
1. Click on the “Click here” button to open the file explorer window.
2. Navigate to the .zip file you wish to upload and select it. Then choose “Open” in the bottom right corner.
3. Proceed to Step 4.
For Other:
1. Click on the “Click here” button to open the file explorer window.
2. Navigate to the file you wish to upload and select it. Then choose “Upload” in the bottom right corner.
3. Proceed to Step 4.
Step 4: You will be taken to the upload page. This page will display the amount of studies that are about to be uploaded inside of the progress bar in the center of the screen. Click on the green “Start” button to begin uploading your images.
Once the upload begins, the progress bar will begin to fill as the files are uploaded to mymedicalimages.com.
Depending on the amount of files being uploaded, this may take a while to complete. Please make sure that you leave the page open and remain connected to the internet for the entire duration of the upload, or you may encounter issues, such as corrupted files.
Once the upload is complete, you will be redirected to the thank you page.
You can click on the home button to return to your mymedicalimages account, where a copy of your images can be found on the dashboard. If you did not have an account before the upload, a new, basic account will be created for you with your images copied into it.

]]>Step 1: Log-in to your mymedicalimages account at https://app.mymedicalimages.com/.
Step 2: Click on the Main Menu icon in the top left-hand corner of the screen, then select the “Share History” option.
This will take you to the Shared History page. This page has three tabs to organize your images labeled as “Shared w/Me”, “I Shared”, and “Received from Physician”. When you first navigate to the Shared History page, you will land on the “I Shared” tab.
Below is a brief summary of the three tabs, as well as a description of the functions in each.
I Shared
The “I Shared” tab will have a table show each of the studies you have shared with other people.
There are six sections of the table containing details related to the share.
1. Shared w/
This section contains the name and email address of the person the study was shared to.
2. Patient Name
This section details the name of the patient as it appears in the study.
3. Notes
This section will show the description you gave when you shared the image.
4. Shared on
This section will give the time and date the study was shared.
5. View Status
This Section will display the current status of the study. If it has not been viewed yet, it will be marked as “Pending”. If it has been viewed, it will be marked as “Received”.
6. Access
This section contains four options related to the study that was shared, they are as follows
View
This button allows you to view the study that was shared.
Share
This button will redirect you to the “Share Study” page and let you share the study with another person.
Info
This button will open a pop-up window at the top of the screen with a brief summary of the study’s information.
Disable Sharing
This button will disable the share, revoking access of the study from the person the share was sent to. When clicked, a pop-up will open at the top of the screen. In order to complete the action, click the blue “Yes” button.
Shared w/Me
This tab will contain all of the studies that have been shared to your account.
There are six sections of the table containing details related to the share.

Step 3: In the drop-down menu, select the “Download Images” option. Depending on the size of the study, it might take some time to prepare. In such an instance, an email will be sent to you as soon as the study is ready for download.
Step 4: After you select the “Download Images” button, a pop-up will appear in the bottom left-hand corner of the page similar to the one depicted below. After clicking the blue “here”, this pop-up will direct you to the download page: https://app.mymedicalimages.com/downloads/
An alternate way to access the downloads page is as follows:
First, click on the blue menu button on the top left corner of your dashboard.
After, click the “Account and Settings” drop down menu. There will be an option to choose “Downloads”.
Step 5: Once you have arrived on the Downloads page, click on the blue “Download” icon at the far right of the study you wish to download. This will start the process of downloading a .ZIP file of the study to your computer.
This button may be greyed out if the study is not ready for download. If this is the case, simply wait for an email to be sent to the address associated with your mymedicalimages account confirming that the study is ready for download.

]]>Step 3: Select whether you would like to send the share to the person’s email address or Phone Number, then enter in their information in the text field to the right.
Step 4: Enter the name of the recipient.
Step 5: Add a note for the recipient. This is not required.
Step 6: Check off whether or not you would like the user to be logged into their mymedicalimages account before they can view your images.
Step 7: Check off whether you want to include any attachments that are attached to the study you are sharing.
Step 8: Once you’ve double checked all of the information, choose the “Share” button.
Step 9: Click the checkbox stating that you understand the mymedicalimages privacy policy and then click on the blue “Confirm” button.
Step 10: After you have clicked confirm, you will be redirected to your Share History page, where you will be able to review previous shares you have made.
