“An Amazing Place”

"We are excited to share mymedicalimages.com with other families whose children are being treated with cancer because we know this technology is a game-changer in the way that each child can be treated. Our son was diagnosed with cancer in his femur at age 9, and in the first 3 months of his diagnosis, we had over 20 different imaging CDs we were storing and keeping track of. mymedicalimages.com is an amazing place to store these high tech DICOM images in their exact form so that they are at our fingertips for reviewing or sharing with other medical professionals. "

“Expanding Patient Access”

I’m excited to use mymedicalimages.com to grow my practice while also reducing the frustration of accessing and sharing images with patients and other providers. Ultimately, it will expand patient access to the innovative treatments that I offer and will support international participation in breast cancer cryoablation clinical trials and other clinical trials.

“All my images loaded on my iPad”

My Story is a short one. I have had several surgeries on my spine due to a helicopter crash I had while in the Army. Each time I got an MRI I would pour over those images, read the reports and surf the internet trying to educate myself. I have had two spinal cord stimulators as the pain would always return. The Neurosurgeons classified me as a “failed back surgery syndrome” patient. As before I would study my images and identify where the electrodes were placed. Only this time I had all my images loaded on my iPad and could study them from the comfort of my easy chair. My medical images has helped me educate myself and learn all of the terms and conditions of my problem. It has helped me to better communicate with my doctors. I even used the images on my iPad to show my primary care provider at the VA the issues I was having with my spine. I am so thankful to have purchased this software.

“It’s a No-Brainer”

Just had a patient from India contact me asking to look at their MRI. They had sent me the MRI report but it wasn’t enough for me to figure out what was going on. I told them to upload the images from their CD to mymedicalimages.com and send me the link to view their MRI. This stuff is a no-brainer and should have been on the market many years ago.

“A Real Game Changer”

“I would like to share my experience with mymedicalimages.com. During the past week, I had an NFL trainer reach out to me regarding a foot and ankle issue in the team organization. He sent me images on discs by FedEx. This required approximately a 36-hour delay in getting the images, uploading them on our system, and then reviewing the images. Subsequent to seeing these, I asked him to provide me with an updated MRI.The following day, he had his MRI, and within one hour, he had shared the images through the mymedicalimages.com platform.

He was relieved in the responsiveness of my care, but also the expediency by which he was able to share images with no issues. This is the benefit of such a system. I was able to review the images on my phone, and then share them with all of my colleagues on my laptop. Until now, sharing medical images from other institutions has not yet been possible. I see this platform transforming the way we interact with our patients, other physicians, and colleagues.”

“DICOM Images On My iPad”

“Was contacted for a consultation by the team orthopedic surgeon for a premier D1 athlete of a Big 12 state university. The athlete had a tibial fracture that had not healed. Obviously, a picture/Xray and CT scan were essential to provide an opinion. By linking the trainers up to mymedicalimages.com, I was able to review all, within minutes, as DICOM images on my iPad.

The ability to give an opinion, almost instantaneously, as to the best treatment option despite being halfway across the country is unique and can definitely facilitate and change how we practice our profession going forward.”

“It’s Instantaneous”

“Managing medical images not from and in your own institution has been a bane. Dealing with multiple CD’s, often delayed, and equally often not accessible in our offices is a universal problem. Immediately upon being shown the unique and user-friendly ability of mymedicalimages.com to acquire, send and store DICOM images immediately to my email was all I needed to be an enthusiastic user. Carrying, mailing and or storing printed X-rays or CD’s is obsolete. Think of mymedicalimages as the “Instagram” of medical images.

As an example recently a young man sustained a significant knee injury ski-ing in Colorado. I was sent a phone picture of the X-ray. Needed to see more detail and a CT scan. Patient was medi-vac to Washington DC. For me in NY to review and to consult with the treating surgeon would have been previously impossible in a timely manner but with mymedicalimages was facile and almost instantaneous! Emergent surgery was possible and was successful.”
